Each trolley is supplied with a 1 year warranty covering defects in manufacture (excludes wear & tear, wheels and tyres), we hold large stocks of wheels and other parts.
Refund Policy
Please bear in mind that items of this size, shape and weight are, in many cases, impossible to protect 100% during their journey to you. Inevitably arrive with some scratches in the paintwork – we are very sorry but we cannot accept returns on this basis.
If you find a fault with your product you can return it immediately for repair , if we cannot repair it we will give you a replacement, if no replacement is available we will give you a full refund (excluding delivery charges).
If you are returning it because it is not what you want for some reason then, as long as it is in its original condition and packaging, you may return it within 14 days of receipt and we will refund the value of the goods less a re-stocking charge and the delivery charge. The restocking charge will be dependent on the re-stocking charge charged to us by the manufacturers, it is typically 8-10 GBP or 15% of the value of the goods costing less than 20.00 GBP.

Please select the Express NEXT WORKING DAY delivery service at checkout for urgent deliveries – we cannot refund the extra paid if the goods are not delivered when requested because it is completely impossible to obtain a100% guaranteed service.
Please note we can only pass on the delivery performance given to us by the delivery companies we use. Absolutely no delivery company will ever give a 100% guaranteed delivery time or date, therefore we also cannot offer this. But we do guarantee to dispatch the goods on time and to book the delivery service that you have selected.
Through bitter experience with 7 different courier companies including Royal Mail’s Parcelforce we have discovered that Saturday deliveries and specific timed deliveries also cannot be guaranteed, we can offer them but we are sorry but we cannot refund the extra paid if the goods are not delivered when requested because it is completely impossible to obtain a100% guaranteed service.
SPECIAL NOTES FOR PALLET TRUCK DELIVERIES
Please be ready to accept a palletised delivery, a full delivery charge will be applied to us and therefore to you for delays, unsuccessful deliveries due to absence, poor access for large articulated lorries, inability to receive palletised goods and redeliveries. Items of this size and weight inevitably arrive with some scratches in the paintwork – we cannot accept returns on this basis.
Special Instructions
Many customers ask us for special instructions to be conveyed to the delivery driver eg asking him to call before delivery or to leave goods in specific places if out etc. We can put these instructions on our on-line shipping booking form but we cannot guarantee that the driver will comply with the instructions, they are not obliged to do so, all they are obliged to do is to deliver the goods on time and get a signature from the recipient. We can only guarantee that we have made the booking correctly and that we have loaded the goods onto the carrier’s van on time, we have no control over the internal operations of another company’s organisation.
What if you are not in when the delivery is attempted?
If you are not in when the goods are delivered, the goods will not be left, a signature is required. It is the only way we can guarantee that the goods have been delivered. If out the driver will leave a card and attempt once (sometimes twice) more to deliver the goods. If you are out for the subsequent attempts the goods will be retained at the delivery company’s depot for about 2 days awaiting your call. If you do not call the goods will be returned to us, this incurs a return delivery charge of approximately £20 per package to us. If you subsequently call us requesting the goods you will be charged the return delivery charge plus a new delivery charge.
Next Day Delivery
If you require next day delivery, Saturday delivery or delivery before 10.00am or 12 noon then we can arrange this for an extra charge if you place your order before 11.00am by phone, please call us for a price. Please bear in mind that Next Day Delivery cannot be 100% guaranteed (by any company anywhere) and we are unable to rerfund the extra charge paid (because the courier companies will not refund us). All we can guarantee is that we have made the booking for you using the best available corier company who are prepared to take this type of load.
Out of stock
If a product is temporarily out of stock we will send you an e-mail or call you to advise you of the approximate delivery time. We will also offer you an opportunity to cancel or your order or to amend your order with an alternative product.
Delivery Delays
During special times of year such as Christmas, New Year and during transport disruption such as adverse weather, strikes, fuel shortages, congestion etc. deliveries will inevitably take longer. All we can guarantee is that we have loaded your order onto the lorry on time (assuming it arrives), we can provide tracking numbers so you can see on the delivery company’s website the status of your delivery.
Damage in Transit & Receiving Goods
Our carriers insist that the goods supplied by us are inspected prior to signing the acceptance note presented by the driver. Signing this note indicates that they have been received in good condition. Signing for a delivery means that you will not be able to make a subsequent claim for goods damaged in transit. If you find a fault or if you do not have time to sign the delivery driver’s note or if you have someone else receiving the goods for you, write ‘DAMAGED’ on the driver’s note. All goods are inspected at our factory before dispatch are are shipped undamaged.
It is inevitable that some minor paint scratches may occur during transit and we cannot accept liability for this sort of minor aesthetic damage, but should your trolley suffer more severe damage, we will of course replace it immediately or offer a full refund.

Product Warranty
Warranty period
In keeping with its high standards of quality, olliestrolleys.com provide consumer purchasers with a one (1) year (from purchase date) Limited Warranty for normal use only.
This one (1) year Limited Warranty is hereafter referred to as The Warranty Period and is subject to certain conditions (as outlined below).
What the warranty covers
Ollies Trolleys will, without charge, during The Warranty Period, repair or replace, at its option, any part of the frame which is defective or that malfunctions when the machine is returned for Inspection within the warranty period.
Exclusions from warranty
Every machine or component part returned to Ollies Trolleys will be examined.
All moving parts and wheels are not included as it is impossible for us to determine the degree of any unreasonable use (eg bouncing heavy loads on solid wheels up and down steps and curbs).
Malfunctions, defects or failures of the machine or any component parts due to alterations made to the machine, improper or negligent use or abuse, or use of the machine for rental purposes or use not in accordance with any provided Instruction Guide provided with the machine are excluded under this Warranty.
Any attempt to repair/tamper with the machine voids the Warranty.
Use of the machine for commercial purposes (other than rental) is covered by this Warranty for a One (1) year Warranty Period only to the extent that malfunctions, defects, or failures of the machine or component parts are not due to alterations made to the machine, improper or negligent use or abuse, or use not in accordance with any provided Instruction Guide provided with the machine, or normal commercial wear and tear.
Further limitations
In no event shall Ollies Trolleys be liable for any consequential or incidental damages you may incur in connection with the purchase and use of the machine; including, without limitation, commercial loss or for any incidental expenses, damage from improper use of either machine or products used in the machine, loss of time or inconvenience.
The equipment must have a valid planned maintenance schedule which must be carried out in accordance with any provided Instruction guide.
All daily checks of the equipment must be carried out in accordance with current Health and Safety Legislation.
Ollies Trolleys may request the service and maintenance records appertaining to the equipment.

SAFETY GUIDANCE
Take great care when lifting, carrying or moving heavy objects. Whenever possible, avoid manual handling of loads. Use trolleys, sack trucks etc. whenever you can; this is essential if loads are to be carried any distance as to avoid any strain on your own body.
NEVER attempt to lift a load that you don’t think you or your equipment can manage – get help or split the load.
ALWAYS be in charge of the load NEVER allow the load to take charge of you.
Common Rules For Safe Sack Truck, Trolley & Hand Carts:
- Always wear suitable loose fitting clothing and safety footwear. Make use of personal protective equipment where appropriate e.g. gloves, safety hats etc.
• Always make use of appropriate handling aids e.g. barrows, trolleys, sack barrows, pallet trolley etc. to minimise carrying distances.
• Where possible avoid carrying loads up stairs
• If you have to move loads around the corridors then get somebody else to open fire doors for you.
• NEVER intentionally create large loads when a number of small loads is a safer alternative. Making sure everything is kept together may be a convenient method of housekeeping but is unacceptable if it creates an unsafe manual handling operation.
• When packing boxes, crates etc to form a load for transport, always provide an indication of the weight and centre of gravity on the outside. However, when handling loads use common sense if you suspect that such information may be misleading i.e. the information applied to the original load but the box has been repacked – always test the load.
