Ollies Trolleys products are backed with a comprehensive set of services and guarantees. We are proud to stand by the claims we make for our products and are committed to high standards of quality and service. Each trolley is supplied with a 1 year warranty covering defects in manufacture (1yr for all non-moving parts, 6 months for some moving parts including wheels and axles. Warranty excludes bearings, bearing housings, pins, tyres wear and tear and punctures) if we cannot repair the item we will give you a replacement (please read note in the DELIVERIES section relating to non mainland UK locations and Highlands of Scotland). Warranty does not include cost of returns and postage of new parts.

Fast Delivery
We use a standard delivery 2-4 working days delivery service for all orders (except palletised large orders) from our extensive stocks.
We also offer an Express Delivery service providing an over 95% next working day service for all orders placed before 10am.

Practical designs
Particular attention has been paid to the design of every trolley. The trolleys are made to our own specifications. Heavy duty trolleys all have high backs for high stability. Most sack trucks have wheel guards that also add stability to loads. The design and position of the load plate is particularly important and on many models you have more than one load plate available.
